Every Wednesday morning a charming traditional market assembles in Morzine for locals to sell their produce. Wandering through the stalls is a fantastic way to take in the atmosphere and bustle of a typical Savoyard market, and if you want to take a souvenir home there are plenty of things to tempt you: cheeses, cured meats and local handicrafts being typical favourites.
Morzine has a lovely 25m indoor swimming pool in the town centre, complete with saunas and steam baths. Choose to unwind after a days skiing or take the kids for an afternoon of fun as an alternative to being on the slopes.
